I assist customers with cell phones at Walmart.

Wireless Associate Job Description: I sell cell phones. I do upgrades and new contracts. I also sell prepaid phones, cards and accessories. I help in electronics,photo lab and anywhere else they need me to. I deal with vendors and set new modulars. I zone and stock freight.

Walmart runs you thru a lot of interviews and testing then there is cbl training if you get past all that.
Working Conditions
Can be pretty hectic when shorthanded but sometimes it is really slow so there is usually not a happy medium. Also you have to deal with alot of unsatisfied, in a hurry customers.

Physical Requirements
Standing 8 hrs on a hard concrete floor. Some bending and lifting. really need good eyesight as you have to read a lot of long numbers.
