Expect to hear mostly hypothetical questioning about things that actually have nothing to do with the job whatsoever, just be polite and roll with the flow.

Salary and Benefits
Salary - WalMart, Maintenance Worker is $9/Hourly.
$8-9 hr., $10-12k per year, usually no benefits until after 1 yr, then health & dental available at shared cost, possibility of advancement from within, main retirement and salary benefits offered to those who go into management.

Working Conditions
Overall its a pleasant atmosphere, can depend on who is in charge of course, you are usually left on your own to be a self starter once you know the routine, 1 hr. for lunch is the norm along with 2 breaks each 8 hr. shift.

Physical Requirements
None for the most part as the employer works with all categories including handicapped.
