WalMart Interview Questions

Normal interview- you are interview most of the time by the actual main manager and then the manager over the area you want to work, once you get the job you have to come in for a day long paid orientation.

Working Conditions

Management was horrible and only cared about making money and not on the customers or the way their employees were treated. The management would also take the smallest mistake, like not cleaning your area, and fire you for it. The company itself didn't care about the employees and the benefits took too long to get and then when you got them they weren't worth much of anything.
