Target Interview Questions

Target gave me a VERY short and sweet interview - I had a degree and was in school finishing my masters when I took the job - I was over qualified but it was during Christmas so they basically hired anybody who could pass the drug and background check - all they really asked was how many hours I wanted and what hours/days I could work. The interviewer seemed pretty flaky which has proved true over time.

Salary and Benefits
Salary - Target, Flow Team Member is $8/Hourly.
Benefits depend on hours worked - I get none but I only work about 15 hours a week

Working Conditions
HOT - no air conditioning and it is in a closed store overnight - this is SOUTH TEXAS where day temps average 95 degrees and nights aren't much better - also we work in very dim light which is an eye strain trying to match labels on the shelves to products.

Physical Requirements
Heavy for unloading the trucks - lots of lifting - but fairly light for putting the merchandise on the shelves.
