Salary and Benefits
Salary - Sutherland Global, Customer Service Representative is $10/Hourly.
After 30 days you were offered 401k but no other benefits. Their benefits to you was the opportunity to work from home.

Working Conditions
Working from home was great. The tech support when there were vpn issues was simply horrible. Our in house techs were based in another country and didn't like to help much.

No physical requirments.

Other Sutherland Global Job Information
My direct Supervisor was great. He was over worked and underpaid. I wouldn't give a dime for the rest of those people.
