Traditional interview, including role play of offering Old Navy card benefits to a "customer."
Working Conditions
Very stressful, especially during sales, but for the most part it depends on who the manager on duty is at the time. It's the average retail job and despite the high stress level, there is a clear effort to keep employee morale high. Selling Old Navy cards is expected of every employee, which gets old, especially if you're not a natural salesperson.

Most start around $7.50/hour, some start higher. All employees get 25% off Old Navy merchandise and 50% off Gap and Banana Republic merchandise.
Physical Requirements
Be able to stand for long periods of time. Shipment crew must be able to lift moderately heavy boxes.
Other Old Navy Job Information
Despite its major flaws, Old Navy is a great place for a first job, or as a part-time job. Just don't plan to move up in the company or stay for much longer than a couple of years. Trust me, it gets old.
