Salary and Benefits
Salary - Old Navy, Customer Service Associate is $8/Hourly.

Working Conditions
Very stressful, especially during sales, but for the most part it depends on who the manager on duty is at the time. It's the average retail job and despite the high stress level, there is a clear effort to keep employee morale high. Selling Old Navy cards is expected of every employee, which gets old, especially if you're not a natural salesperson.

Be able to stand for long periods of time. Shipment crew must be able to lift moderately heavy boxes.
