McDonalds Interview Questions
I started out as a crew member with McDonalds so the interview process to become a manager was a bit different because i was already familiar with the way the business was ran.
Salary and Benefits
Salary - McDonalds, Shift Manager is $8/Hourly.
$8.00/ hour, health insurance and 401K plan after one year. Some paid holidays after a year of service.
Working Conditions
The working conditions were ok because I worked in a brand new store. Some of the equipment wasn't the greatest but better than some other places I have heard of. The other members of management were great and we all helped each other out as much as possible. The general manager was fantastic and worked with me and my schedule to allow me to attend my daughters activities as much as possible.
Physical Requirements
Lifting boxes of frozen food and bag in the box soda. These ranged anywhere from 10 to 50 pounds.
