McDonalds Interview Questions

The interview took about 30 minutes for the first one and around 15 minutes for my second follow-up interview. They asked simple questions about previous employment and several situational questions like what you would do if a customer came up to you with a complaint about a wrong sandwich and things like that. I wore khaki pants and a button up shirt and tie.

Salary and Benefits
Salary - McDonalds, Assistant Manager is $16/Hourly.

Working Conditions
It is a fast paced work environment. There is always something to keep you as well as your staff busy. Most of the staff are part time employees who need a job. It would be a nicer place to work if there was a higher pay rate for the staff.

Physical Requirements
You will always be on your feet. There is a small amount of lifting involved, but nothing too strenuous.
