Kohls, Customer Service Job Review and Interview Questions

2 Star Rating for Kohls, Customer Service Rating by Kohls Customer Service

Kohl's is a fun job, but lousy management!

Location: Meridian, Idaho

Customer Service Job Description: I worked part time at the customer service desk at Kohl's department store. The job itself wasn't bad, but Kohl's has very sloppy management and somewhat questionable business practices!

Working Conditions

The working conditions were fine, but I was pregnant and they constantly asked me to do things like unload trucks, etc. Not part of my job!

Physical Requirements

Theoretically, the Kohls job I was hired for didn't really have any physical demands, aside from being on my feet all day. But they definitely try to make you do other things that are not part of the job you were hired for.

Other Kohls Job Information

Kohls tries very hard to get as much out of people for as little money as possible. They never cared how busy it was or how overworked people were, they tried to get away with as few employees as possible and paid very little. Would not work there again, nor would I recommend it to anyone!
