Sales Associate Job Description: Sales is helping the customer. I help the customer in the purchase whether that is getting something hard to reach or helping them pick out a color that matches. I do cashiering and bagging. Much of my day also includes putting out new merchandise, resetting tables, marking down items, sizing and straightening.

Working Conditions

Working conditions are good. The staff and management are friendly and helpful. The store environment is upbeat. There may be a few problems now and again but everything is smoothed over as quickly as possible.

Salary starts at minimum wage or a bit above it you already have had experience in sales. Benefits include paid vacation days, insurance benefits, 401k package (they match 1/2 after the first year). It also includes a retirement package based on the number of years worked. All benefits are for full and part time employees.

You must be able to be on your feet for a long time. If your job includes restocking and sets then you must be able to squat, bend and lift a bit of weigh
