You must have experience as a dealer before being a casino supervisor. During an interview for promotion, one must show that he has customer relation skills, as well as having full knowledge of the table games that he or she must supervise.
Working Conditions
Working conditions can be tough at times. There is always the element of problem players when their is money, and alcohol involved. One of the more difficult things in the business is the working hours. Since the casino is open 24 hours, most working shifts have undesirable hours, and you must be prepared to work weekend, and holidays.
