Buffalo Wild Wings Server, in Memphis, Tennessee

Server Job Description

A typical day for a server is first making sure that customers have everything they need as soon as they sit down at the table. Starting with drinks all the way to the check, customers need to be happy and satisfied at all times. Servers get the order, place the order to the kitchen, and pick up and deliver the food when it's ready. It's a challenge but it is upbeat and there's never a dull moment.

Buffalo Wild Wings Interview Questions

A manager interviewed me for the job. He asked basic questions about my previous employment and experience, how many hours I was willing to work, what qualified me for the job, etc. The interview was in a comfortable yet a professional atmosphere and was casual but still required me to be precise and clear in my answers.

Salary and Benefits
Salary - Buffalo Wild Wings, Server is $9/Hourly.

Working Conditions

It is a very safe atmosphere, pleasant and friendly coworkers with positive attitudes. I like my manager and he always makes sure that his employees are on top of their game and ready to work from the moment their shift starts. He is very efficient and runs the place as it should be run.

Physical Requirements

You are on your feet quite a bit as a server so wear comfortable shoes. Depending on the length of your shift, you can get pretty tired and are doing a lot of running back and forth between the tables and customers and the kitchen.
