Salary - Bankers Life and Casualty, Field Training Agent is $25/Hourly.
Bankers Life and Casualty Interview Questions
This is a three part interview process. First step is a group meeting for a brief introduction as to what is required and objectives of the company. Second step is a smaller group meeting to review your interest and expectations. Third meeting is a one week training session.
No salary, commission only compensation. Health insurance is provided and a 403(k) deferred compensation is also available. Significant bonus fees are available depending upon how much new sales you generate each quarter. Upon retirement you continue to receive renewal commissions for 5 years.
Excellent. You are treated with respect and you are allowed to make your own hours. No high pressure sales tactics are used. Management is very helpful with training and helping your succeed.
No real physical requirements. Need to be able to drive a motor vehicle to travel to appointments. Good telephone personality is a must.
