Administrative Assistant Job Description: My job was to support the senior service leader (shift manager) who oversaw nearly 300 employees. This was the New Accounts department. We would receive new applications for the American Express cards and we had to verify the information they contained. I kept statistical files up to date on each employee, their performance and attendance. I was a liaison between the employees and the payroll department.

High SchoolAmerican Express Interview Questions
Interviewer was very interested in how well I was able to follow directions. The ability to make decisions was also discussed.
Working Conditions
This was a swing shift position, beginning at 3 p.m. and going until midnight. Management tried very hard to be flexible around college schedules and other special situations, as long as the employees met their quotas. Friendly and casual work environment.
More on Salary and Benefits
