Benefits Consultant Job Description
I have to make cold calls to businesses who would wish to get Aflac's health, dental, accident, and life insurance. Once I find a company willing I schedule a time to pitch our products, hopefully securing the sale and getting a commission.
Aflac Interview Questions
I was just asked a few basic questions about my background by the regional sales manager and then asked if I knew anything about Aflac. Then the company was pitched to me and I was hired the next day.

Salary - Aflac, Benefits Consultant is $17/Hourly.

Working Conditions
It is a nice environment. People are helpful but only on the first few days. After that you are really on your own and it can be a bit of a struggle, but if you persevere you will be fine.

Not many physical requirements, just having to get around from place to place and pitch the sale.
