Wireless Connect Associate Job Description	Provide in-person cellular phone sales and customer service. Responsible for all aspects of retail transaction, account and phone set-up. Answer all questions regarding technology, calling plans and handset usage questions. Assist Electronics Associates with sales, stock, and customer service. Back up Associates in nearby Departments. Cross train to specific duties in other Walmart Departments, dipping for fish in Pets, Mixing paint in Hardware, Cutting Keys in Automotive(TLE), Piercing ears in Jewelry, and so on.
