Other Walmart Job Information:
This job was a great job for the pay and benefits when compared to waiting table and working fast food. I also preferred working for the vs other stores like . The biggest problem was unreasonable expectations from management. Even as one of there top employees you feel taken advantage of and over worked. Dealing with the customers was the other issue. There are some very rude people in the world and look down and treat Wal-Mart associate poorly because you were considered lower than them or something. Another issue was other co-workers, being such a large store they have a number of employees and if you have other co-workers that don't work as hard, fast or accurate as you you end up picking up their slack. All in all it was a great job to get me by till I found a career. I would have stayed longer if the opportunity I got wasn't so much better.
