I am a janitor at Walmart.
Location	Winter Haven, Florida
Job Description	1. sweep, mop, buff floors 2. clean restrooms, empty trash 3. assist customers 4. clean spills, etc.
Salary	$8-9 hr., $10-12k per year, usually no benefits until after 1 yr, then health & dental available at shared cost, possibility of advancement from within, main retirement and salary benefits offered to those who go into management.
Working Conditions	Overall its a pleasant atmosphere, can depend on who is in charge of course, you are usually left on your own to be a self starter once you know the routine, 1 hr. for lunch is the norm along with 2 breaks each 8 hr. shift.
Physical Requirements	None for the most part as the employer works with all categories including handicapped.
Interview Information	Expect to hear mostly hypothetical questioning about things that actually have nothing to do with the job whatsoever, just be polite and roll with the flow.
