| Job Description | Oversee the education of the students who are designated to be in your care. Create interesting lesson plans, teach these to the students, assess students on their learning, and make adjustments to assure that students are able to retain the knowledge set out for them. Listen to students needs and try to assist them. Stay up to date on the current trends in education. Finally, create an atmosphere where students can discuss, learn, and given and receive. |

| Working Conditions | There is an amount of stress due to the high need for student achievement. Teachers and students are now graded on their performance and this causes anxiety. Fellow coworkers provide relief through their encourageable positions. The environmental conditions are fine with the exception of a mandated climate controlled room leaving some teachers and students a bit hot. |
| Physical Requirements | On your feet all day. Need to be able to walk many steps. The teacher needs to be alert yet still or calm on the inside. The teacher needs to be able to delay needs such as going to the bathroom, eating, getting water, and making a phone call until the students are well taken care of. |
| Interview Information | An initial interview with main human resource officer is made. Then potential employee interviews with onsite administration. Once hired the candidate must be approved by the governing board before work attendance can take place. |
