| Merchandiser Job Description | Your job is to go to your assigned stores each day and stock shelves with Coca-Cola products that are store in backroom areas. You are expected to pull pallets with pallet jacks, use carts and lift several times a day. The heaviest cases are around 50lbs. You use your own vehicle but you will be reimbursed for miles each paycheck. |
| Coke Salary | Starting wage is $10 per hour for part time. $10.50 per hour for full time. Two weeks paid vacation, two days of sick pay if needed, set schedule, dollar for dollar 401k plan, various types of health insurance are also offered which payments are automatically deducted from your paycheck. |
| Working Conditions | Most stockrooms do not have the proper equipment to complete the job. You are expected to smile at all times, even when a store manager is belittling you in front of others. Coke itself is not a bad company. However, they don't really stick up for their employees if a customer is being abusive and unfair. |
| Physical Requirements | Must be able to push, pull and lift heavy cases of Coke products. A typical shift lasts 8 hours so be prepared to keep up your energy for that long each day. |
