Salary - 84 Lumber, Manager Trainee is $25000/Yearly.
Based on salary (60 hours a week). Bonuses possible if sales goals are met(never were).401k option. No health benefits.

Working Conditions
Long hours, no heat or air conditioning in the store. to be short--TERRIBLE

Physical Requirements
Lifting heavy objects, climbing, driving fork lifts, a lot of walking.
